Essential Requirements: Previous private house experience, team-player, good knowledge of Italian cuisine, menu planning, flexible to travel extensively.

An exciting opportunity for a London based chef to work alongside a team of well-established chefs for an UNHNW family based in London with worldwide travel.

This is a highly recommended position for a chef that is eager to evolve and to continuously develop and enhance your skillset.

The family are “foodies” and enjoy a wide range of cuisine. Good knowledge and experience in Italian cooking is a bonus. Cooking is mainly for the family and their guests.

The kitchens are all well-organised and structured. You will be a part of team of chefs and will be involved in the menu planning, sourcing, provisioning and creating well-presented and flavourful cuisine.

Must be flexible to travel throughout the year to include approximately 2 months in the summer to the USA. 5 day working week with flexibility particularly when travelling. Previous private house experience is essential. Accommodation provided when travelling. Negotiable salary based onexperience. (HU3861)
