GBN 400 – Live-in Nanny, Taiwan, Girl aged 1.7 years, start date ASAP, £1300+ net per week D.O.E

A family living in Taiwan are seeking a qualified and experienced English-speaking live-in nanny for the care of their daughter aged 1.7 years. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with babies, toddlers, and school-aged children. 

You will be responsible for assisting the child to learn English through engaging in age-appropriate, fun, and educational activities inside and outside the home. Whilst ensuring that she is learning good manners, etiquette, and discipline as she develops through the different ages and stages. You will focus on providing that her overall emotional, mental, social, and physical well-being is always a priority. The candidate should be a kind and loving nanny, who is able to set boundaries and implement discipline in an emotionally intelligent way that aligns with the parent’s wishes.

Whilst there are no housekeeping duties, as it is a fully staffed household, a team player is necessary. You will be responsible for the child’s play areas and bedroom, along with her laundry. There is a chef within the home, however, when he is not present, you will be asked to be confident in making simple, healthy, age-appropriate meals. 

The working schedule will be from Monday – Friday for up to 10 hours daily. The working hours may change from the night shift to the day shift over time. They currently need a nanny to assist them with sleep training and a good bedtime routine. Once that is in place, they would like for you to work primarily daytime hours. Therefore, as a candidate, you must be invested in your role as a nanny and assist the family with this. 

The little girl loves animals and dancing. The family has 3 medium-sized dogs, dog lovers are welcome!

There will be travel involved in the role, other destinations might include trips to Hong Kong, Japan, and the USA, as well as other places for family holidays.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English

• Childcare qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years working as a nanny

• First Aid Certificate (in date)

Package:
