Driver/PA

Job Summary:

Successful entrepreneur in the Blackpool, Lancashire area is seeking a Driver/Personal Assistant to help coordinate their personal affairs along with facilitate their ongoing business successes. You will be on the move with the client but may also find yourself working from the office or the private residence.

Duties:

Driving

• Driving the principal to and from meetings, mainly in the Lancashire with only ad hoc trips further afield
• Running errands in terms of shopping, delivering paperwork, taking dogs to the vets etc
• Driving the principal’s partner as requested

Business and Private PA

• Diary management (business and private)
• Scheduling meetings and business appointments
• Preparing documentation for meetings and or taking minutes if required
• Travel arrangements
• Sourcing, negotiating with and liaising with contractors as required
• Processing household bills
• Maintaining relationships with service providers and reviewing agreements periodically
• Occasional dog walking

Candidate requirements

• To be eligible for this role you must be a confident driver with a full driving licence
• The ideal candidate will live within a reasonable commute (although accommodation is available) of Blackpool
• Have experience within a similar role supporting a private individual with their business and private affairs
• Organised
• Strong communication skills
• Animal friendly

This role can be a live-in role for the right candidate, an ensuite bedroom is available.
