Job Description
March start in MAYFAIR LONDON W1: Our British client is seeking a new Live-in 24/5 Nanny to care for a little girl aged 4 years. The new nanny will be taking over from our NSJ nanny of 2.5 years who is leaving in February after a hand over.
Hours and Monday to Friday 24/5, with weekends free, accommodation supplied when on duty.
There may be some travel as family has a home in Palm Beach, Florida, but only the occasional holiday. Excellent salary available for candidate who is knowledgeable, fun, organised and proactive who will work alongside the client. The little girl is now in Reception at a pre prep school in SW7, the school is mixed, so a great balance of children. Family are also members of Purple Dragon and the nanny regularly goes there to have play dates etc.
Most importantly the nanny is in full charge of the little girl; school runs, menu planning, shopping for groceries. Good pitch-in style with a warm relaxed, yet highly organised personality.
Nanny apartment with the little one is two large bedroom/bathrooms, one for the little one, one for the nanny. This would suit someone, upbeat bright and fun who has a great communication with client, but is a real team player and has an interest in education and developmental activities who is proactive and highly organised, takes pride in the presentation of the little girl and takes care of all the uniform, clothes buying and ordering etc.
Accommodation in London is supplied for when the nanny is on duty (going home at weekends): in London nanny will occupy a second apartment with the little one directly below the employer's apartment. Lower apartment has own entrance as well. Family have a housekeeper for both apartments. Driver not necessary as home is located right in the heart of Mayfair.
There will be some travel with the family in the school holidays, usually to the US to see other members of the family.
Excellent salary available for a top nanny. Interviews by video call initially with final short list being invited to meet in person.
