LD372 Full-time – Domestic couple (live in)

Full-time domestic couple required in Ventimiglia, Italy, salary £50,000 – £100,000 per annum/per couple, starting May.

This position is only suitable for candidates who hold passports from an EU country.

A returning client is seeking an experienced and professional domestic couple to manage their large home in Ventimiglia, Italy.

The home consists of a private residence, large grounds and two holiday-let apartments.

The responsibilities of the couple will be to oversee the running of the family’s residence including cleanliness, maintenance, and management of the holiday lets.

You will be responsible for maintaining the properties, managing service contractors, and overseeing and supporting the smooth running of the whole home, including but not limited to general housekeeping and organisation, repairs and maintenance, kitchen and pantry operation, laundry management, procurement, inventory control and managing the two holiday lets.

As a team, you should be confident in welcoming guests and visitors to the home and be confident to manage the properties to a high standard.

The ideal candidates should have excellent organisational and time management skills, be friendly and approachable and work in a calm and professional manner. The family seeks candidates with a hands-on and flexible approach. Speaking Russian and/or Italian will be beneficial to your application.

The working schedule is 6/1 with 1 day off per week, the working hours are minimal, working up to 5 hours per day. Flexibility is required.

This is a live-in position with a private apartment provided on the grounds.

Salary is £50,000 – £100,000 gross per annum for the couple. Salary is based on the skills and experience of the couple.
