Job Description

A high profile family is looking for a Russian speaking House Manager. An organisational structure of the household needs to be designed and implemented. The House Manager is required  to sort out  the staff’s schedule and provide clear job specifications  with indication on precise responsibilities, as well as  to introduce  the new system that will create the professional framework that will lift the residence to a higher level of comfort. Accommodation provided, all expenses paid.  Fully staffed household, approximately  30 employees.  Working days are 6 days a week. Salary offered $6,000 a month. One year contract, four weeks paid holiday.
