Live in Nanny

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Live in Nanny to look after their newborn. As mum is a stay at home mum, the role will be shared care – mum will look after the 2 year old – main focus for the nanny will be the newborn. Their newborn has reflux and needs medication, the newborn is also unsettled so mum is looking for someone who has solid experience dealing with those issues. This role would suit a Nanny who has experience of being a Maternity Nurse or a Nanny who has solid experience with newborns.

Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom – will be on their own floor

General duties:

• All nursery duties
• Giving the baby their bottle
• Sterilising bottles
• Changing nappies
• Putting down for naps
• Getting the baby into a good routine
• Giving the baby medication for reflux
• Laundry for the children
• Weaning

Candidate requirements:

• Solid newborn experience
• Experience with unsettled babies
• Experience dealing with reflux
• Pet friendly – family have a cat
• Driving licence would be a bonus but not essential

DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
