KENSINGTON W8 & OXFORDSHIRE:    A fabulous opportunity for a Second Rota Nanny to join our lovely nanny from January

Our high-end, professional clients are US/Canadian and live between their home in the heart of leafy Kensington and their country home near Banbury.  There are two children, a girl 6 & boy 5 years.

The family are in London during the week in term time, both the children are at school in Holland Park in Year 2 and year 1. They usually head to the country for weekends and for quite a bit of time in the school holidays.  They have staff in the country house and in London a wonderful lady who runs the household and also ensures that errands etc for the parents are done, as well as some cooking etc.

Both the parents will be doing some business travel, so nanny needs to work very much as a team with the other household members, with a positive pitch in attitude.    Family  also travel  to the US and Canada to the West Coast, and their home in Colorado as well as other destinations..

Nanny should be degree educated, preferably with an Early Years Degree or primary education experience to help the children in their school and developmental activities, be proactive and very organised and ensure that they keep parents up to speed with activities or events that children might wish to participate in. Also be happy and comfortable in a country environment as well as London.  Fun, outgoing and articulate.  English first language super important for the parents as the children also speak Spanish with mother so nanny will only speak in English with the children and continue to improve their vocabulary for reading etc.

The country house has a lot of space and nanny will have a super large ensuite room there on the same floor as the children.  In London nanny will have bedroom and shower room near by.  The London home is right off Kensington High Street, so easy for activities and school runs.  Children also have a great group of friends in London for playdates.
