KENSINGTON + travel: We are recruiting for TWO, Rota Nannies for a formal household, working a two week on/off rota .  Our clients have 3 children; G7, G5 & B3 years, accommodation is supplied when the nanny is on duty.

This is a sole charge role, but mother is in and out. There is some back-up in the form of the Live-in Nanny/Housekeeper and daily housekeepers.  So the new nannies, whilst working independently, must be willing to be part of a team .

It is important for our clients that the new candidates can confidently cope with 3, school/nursery age children.  The brief is to be a switched-on, bright, autonomous and be  always be one step ahead, be engaging with the children, have excellent communication with the family & with the school/nursery and be able to give educational support to the older girls with reading, spelling for the five year old and full homework for the 7 year old, three times per week.  

It is very important that the candidates are well presented & tidy and will represent the family well, impart good manners and appropriate social graces to the children, being always courteous & polite. And it is essential that the nannies are confident London drivers. 

Father works away the majority of the time and travels a lot and the family also travel every holiday (approx. 18 weeks per year) and the nannies will share the travel between them.  Destinations include Dubai, EU .  

When on duty, the nanny accommodation is a bedroom & bathroom. A automatic Volvo SUV (auto) nanny car is provided.
