Job Summary:   
This lovely family are looking for a caring and experienced nanny for their two boys. The ideal candidate would be willing to be very engaged and invested in the boys’ development. For the spirited four-year-old it means teaching him through educational play, helping him explore his interests, helping him with homework and his reading/writing skills, and liaising with school on all weekly requirements. They also need someone that can be firm and fair when needed, to help them teach him good manners and hold boundaries. For the sweet baby it means giving him lots of love and care, being very responsive, helping him achieve his developmental milestones (crawling, talking, walking etc),

General duties:

• Nanny is expected to take care of all the regular duties related to the boys such as cooking them healthy meals and taking care of their laundry. Ultimately the family are looking for someone who will love and care for their boys and help them provide a safe and happy environment.
• Sole charge duties
• Driving the children around
• Taking the baby to play groups and activities, reading for him, help with weaning, establishing a routine, learning through play etc

Candidate requirements:

• driver is essential, if they don’t have a car already a car will be available for nursery duties. A very good level of English is also essential.
• Needs to be highly organised, energetic and in control to juggle both boys’ needs.
• Some childcare qualifications desirable

DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate (remove for non-childcare roles)
