The schedule would potentially be Monday and Tuesday 14.00 - 19.00, Wednesday 12 - 6 pm, Thursday 8 - 6 pm, and Friday 9 - 5 pm. If you prefer a 6 pm finish on Monday and Tuesday that also works for the family. Some flexibility if the parents are running late or traveling for work is appreciated. You need to be able to start immediately!

The children love animals, music, and being outside. Your focus will be on their well-being and development, organizing playdates, trips to museums, and generally enriching their childhood. School drop-offs, pick-ups, and taking them to extracurricular activities are part of your duties. The family are based in Utrecht, the school and activities are all located locally.

The parent's priority is the children are loved and feel safe. They have a set daily routine and believe in setting boundaries and using explanations for discipline. Recognizing the children’s feelings and building the children’s confidence is important to the family. Someone who actively encourages manners, education, development, and fun is required for this role.

They are searching for a kind nanny, who is warm, friendly, familiar with the Netherlands and Dutch culture, and keen to use open communication. Someone playful, imaginative, and loves working with children. A nanny who is gentle, compassionate, calm, and actively engages with the children. You mustn’t use your phone regularly on duty.

A sociable nanny who can set up playdates and more social interaction with the children is important. Someone who encourages good habits including encouraging the children to tidy up after themselves. A schedule-orientated nanny who is a team player and very proactive is required.

Turkish and English are spoken in the household. The children will be learning Dutch at school and daycare. The preference is for a nanny who speaks English and Dutch (ideally one of those languages is your native language). The children's native language is Turkish.

It’s a bonus if you are happy to travel with the family to Istanbul once a year this isn't a requirement.

In general, no laundry or housekeeping duties are required. You need to keep the play areas tidy, clean lunch boxes, make creative snacks, and help with any child-rated tasks.
