Professional parents seek a full charge Live-in  OR Daily  Nanny to care for their two boys, 4.5 years & 2.9 years (with new baby due February). 

Full Nanny duties for 2 boys; 4.5 & 2.9 years, with a new baby sister is due in February. 

There will be night assistance for the family for a few months until baby is sleeping through.  Mother will be returning to work when little one is 3 months old, so nanny will have care of her alone in the mornings as from September  oldest boy will be at school full time until 3.30 and second boy until 12.00 each day.

The family is located near Fosseway in the Cotswolds (between Banbury & Stratford upon Avon), so it is really important that the nanny is a good and confident driver.  The boys are in a great routine set up by the Norland nanny.  Hours will be 6.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday. The family would consider a Daily Nanny if they were located nearby, but the hours and duties remain the same.

Nanny will have full charge of the children during the week.  Both parents are in super busy careers and mother is working away from home regularly, so Nanny should be a proactive highly organised person who is happy to research and plan classes, activities and social events round the children's nursery and school times. 

Currently the boys have lots of play dates either at home where there are extensive grounds, swimming pool etc or with friends in Banbury, Leamington Spa and Stratford upon Avon  where school and nursery are. 

Good experience with babies, good with routines and someone who is happy to prepare and execute a weaning plan for the baby arrange playdates and classes for the baby one she is old enough..  There is plenty of space in the grounds for outdoor play and activities.

Both parents are in high end careers so the nanny is in full charge of the children during the week.  Nanny should be happy to prepare fresh meals for the children each day and ensure that required groceries are on the Ocado order, so menu planning important each week.  Grandparents are also super supportive and  happy to pitch in with a school run if required.  Family has plenty of help in the house and an extra nanny at the back end of the week for additional support.  There is a massive network of nannies locally which new nanny would be able to hook into and be introduced.
