A family in Wandsworth, London, SW18 are looking for a part-time housekeeper for their family home. This role is live out so you must be able to commute easily.   Package Offered       £18 - £22 gross per hour depending on experience Working Monday, Wednesday & Fridays (from 9am -2pm) 15 hours per week  Family Background A busy family comprising of parents, two teenage daughters and their beloved small pet dog. The teenage children are in boarding school during the week and the parents are busy working full time. They live in a lovely home in Wandsworth, featuring five bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry room, and a gym/media room in the garden. The family home is stunning with a large open plan living area with wood floors, and new carpeting throughout the rest of the property. The family also employs another full time housekeeper who works at their country property.  Duties You should be confident with all aspects of housekeeping and be able to clean and care for the home to a high standard. You will be in charge of the daily upkeep and deep cleaning of the house and ensure it is always tidy and presentable. Making beds, cleaning the kitchen & bathrooms, and tidying up all areas of the house. You should also be confident in taking care of the laundry and ironing for the family. They have many luxury and delicate items, so it is vital that you understand wardrobe management and know how to care for these pieces. The successful candidate should have strong initiative and an eye for detail i.e putting items away, organising the post, and putting together a basic vase display each week when the flower delivery arrives. You should be happy to run some errands, light shopping, runs to the post office, dry cleaners etc. The family has Ocado deliveries for their shopping, the successful candidate will keep track of any groceries or toiletries that need to be added to the list. The successful candidate should be happy to cook for the family. The parents get home late during the week, and they would like the housekeeper to help prep meals that can be assembled or reheated in the evening. The family eats healthy meals like salads, soups, stir fries, and grilled meat/fish with vegetables. Occasionally, when the family host guests, you should be confident to lay the dinner table in preparation.  You must enjoy working around pets for this role, as the family have a lovely little dog. The dog goes out for care most days, but on occasion, you should be happy to take the dog for a quick walk around the local park. Location The family home is in Wandsworth, London, SW18. This role is live out so you must be able to commute easily. Days/Hours Working Monday, Wednesday & Fridays (from 9am -2pm) 15 hours per week  Languages You should speak a good level of English to communicate with the family.  Special Skills You should be an experienced and skilled housekeeper.
