Job Description
A VIP family living in High Street, Kensington, London, is looking for a professional housekeeper to take care of their home on a 5 days per week, 8 hours per day basis.
The housekeeper should be well experienced in VIP homes, English speaking, and know how to take care of the client’s wardrobe, dishes, antique furniture, etc. The house is a 5-floor property.
Cooking may also sometimes be requested.
The housekeeper will be working with another housekeeper, who is very nice and hardworking but is in need of the support of a more experienced colleague.
The parents in the family have 3 teenage children in boarding school who sometimes visit on the weekends. There is a live-in nanny who looks after them, and also a butler who travels with the family during the summer.
The salary for this position is from £15/ hour gross and is paid in full when the family is away, as there is still a lot to be done, including deep cleaning, etc.
Excellent references and background checks are essential for this role.
