One of our existing clients is looking for an experience PA for a female business owner for in London. They are looking for someone who can become their right-hand person acting as the single point of contact for all matters relating to the private and business affairs. The ideal candidate will be able to travel with the principal when restrictions allow.

Duties:

PA

Your duties will extend to both their personal and business affairs this will include but not limited to:

• Diary management
• Travel arrangements
• Handling expenses
• Running errands
• Booking restaurants and leisure activities
• Administrative duties
• Acting as the gate keeper for email and telephone correspondence
• Attending business meetings and taking notes if required
• Office management

House Management

• They currently have a Chef, Housekeeper and Driver within the home and a candidate who has experience joining a household where there are opportunities to improve the established ways of working.
• Coordinate the existing staff and take a lead in any future recruitment/training
• Implementing policies and procedures where required
• Liaising with and supervising contractors
• Managing household finances and budgets
• Organising any household events, welcoming guests and ensuring everything runs smoothly

Candidate requirements:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a multifaceted role as a private PA and is happy to travel within the role (when restrictions allow). Preferred candidate should have worked with a private family as a PA.
