ADVENTURE-LOVING, TRAVEL-READY NANNY/FAMILY ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR FAMILY IN WY, FL + COSTA RICA
An active family of four that splits their time between Florida, Wyoming, and Costa Rica is seeking a travel-ready, organized nanny and family assistant to join them in caring for their 9 and 5-year-old children!
Location: Delray Beach, FL, Jackson Hole, WY, and Costa Rica
Ages of children: 9 and 5 years old
Start date/Contract dates: As soon as they find the right fit!
Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 40 hours per week with the general schedule consisting of 45-50+ hours/week from Tuesday through Saturday. A candidate who is open to 2-3 morning/afternoon shifts, and 2-3 afternoon/evening shifts will be appreciated (example: 7:30-5:30pm or 12pm-10pm). Flexibility for additional hours, travel, overnights, and providing family assisting support while the children are at school will be key.
Compensation and benefits: The family is offering $35+/hr in addition to benefits including a healthcare stipend, housing and/or a housing stipend, PTO, and relocation assistance resulting in a full compensation package in the $100+k/year range for the perfect applicant.
Live-in/Live-out: Live-out. The family is happy to offer live-in accommodations as a landing pad for the perfect relocation applicant. The family is open to sourcing private and separate housing or providing a housing stipend to support a long-term, live-out set-up in FL. Private accommodations will always be offered when traveling or staying at the family’s properties in Wyoming and Costa Rica.

The 5 and 9-year-old are creative, active, and adventure-loving. Both enjoy playing outdoors, doing everything from rock climbing to kite surfing! They are currently into animals and collecting critters in their backyard like spiders, hermit crabs, fish, and butterflies.
One of their children was recently diagnosed with high functioning Autism and is equipped with a great tool kit and occupational therapy team to support them and their caregivers!
The family travels frequently between their homes in Florida, Wyoming and Costa Rica, and someone with travel-savvy and an adventurous spirit will thrive on this team for years to come!
This position is ideal for a candidate who is organized and excited to keep a home running smoothly, while being a playful and attentive caregiver in this energetic home environment.
The family would love to find a teammate who is passionate about creating an environment that nurtures curiosity, a love for the outdoors, and social-emotional growth for their children.
A candidate who is experienced in supporting neurodiverse children and collaborating with a team of therapists and parents to ensure continuity of care.
A hands-on candidate who helps the household thrive through assisting with healthy meal prep, household inventory management, and errands will be appreciated.
Travel-readiness and experience is key for this position!
At least 3 years of professional, full-time childcare experience
Valid driver’s license and passport
Experience traveling domestically and internationally both personally and with nanny families, and an excitement to see the world
Experience working with children who are neurodiverse
Recent, applicable experience caring for elementary-aged children
Creative mindset and proactive approach to planning activities and adventures
Collaborative and team-oriented
Spanish language skills are a big plus!
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws
