The family will discuss the exact hours with the nannies during the interview. They would like 40 (potentially 45 hours per week) the weekly schedule may include some longer days and some shorter days.
The baby is happy and relaxed, she currently sleeps well. She struggles a little with gas and wears boots for clubfoot (although this will likely have changed by January). They are keen that the baby has a daily routine.

Cooking for the baby and being proactive with the weaning process is part of the nanny's duties. You also need to be happy to tidy up and do grocery shopping for the family.
Driving and cycling a bakfiets is not important, the family is happy to organize Ubers for you and the child if needed to attend activities and appointments.
Both parents work from home, the dad travels for work most months (Covid19 dependent).
