Sweet baby born October 2021 is looking for a nanny. Ideal candidates are trustworthy, sensitive, and flexible. A candidate who has extensive nanny experience caring for baby’s age newborn - 12 months. A nanny happy to support and guide the parents and work in collaboration with them. You need early childhood development knowledge and maternal instincts.
The family will consider candidates who are available for three or five weekdays. It will be a minimum of 36 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week. Ideally, the candidate is happy to babysit one night between Monday - Thursday each week.
The nanny will take the baby for walks, to local activities, and organize playdates. Your duties will include all nursery duties, cooking for the baby, and any other baby-related tasks. Unloading the dishwasher and general tidying is part of your responsibilities.
The family lives on the ground floor in a neighborhood popular with families and local nannies. It’s a relaxed, laidback, informal household. The parents love structure and routine so are keen the baby follows a routine. They have an open positive approach to communication and want a nanny keen to work in a team with them.
The Mum will be returning to work at the beginning of 2022. If you start before then it will be a mixture of shared care and sole charge. Once the Mum returns to work it will mainly be a sole charge role. However, it’s vital you are happy and confident being around the parents as they have flexible work schedules so will be around. The Dad works from a home office when he isn’t traveling for work.
The family has a house by the sea in the Netherlands, they may ask you to spend some time caring for the baby there. Traveling with the family is not a vital requirement.
The current maternity nurse highly recommends the job.
In the future, it would be ideal if you either drive or are happy to cycle an electric bakfiets (not a requirement).
There is a regular cleaner. Cleaning is not required
