A professional family who are moving to a stately home in Hereford, Herefordshire, HR3 are looking for a Temporary Chef. This is a live-in OR live-out role. This role is to start ASAP and cover at least four weeks.
A professional family who have recently moved to Hereford, Herefordshire, HR3. They have three children and a fully staffed household, including a Butler/Driver and a Housekeeper/Cook. This is a formal household, and the staff wear uniforms. The family have no pets. This is a temporary role to start ASAP and cover for at least approximately four weeks but there may be an opportunity for this role to become permanent.
You will be responsible for the planning, preparation and cooking of daily meals. You will also monitor and replenish food supplies and equipment for the household. On the day-to-day basis you will prepare all meals for the family and occasionally for guests too. This will include maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the kitchen areas to a very high standard.
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and keeping it in good condition, cleanings all surfaces and floors after use, keeping pots, pans and all work surfaces well cleaned and polished. You will also ensure that the ovens and refrigerators are clean and out-of-date items are discarded.
This is a live-in or live-out role based in Hereford, Herefordshire, HR3. Private accommodation on site can be provided if you wish to live in during the booking.
You must speak a good level of English
You should be a skilled Chef and able to comply with all Hygiene, Health & Safety Legislation requirements.
