This on-the-go family considers travel to be a huge part of their lives, hitting the road for both work and pleasure! They strive to make both their home and on-the-road environments as nurturing, supportive and fun-filled as possible for their children. Their sociable 3-year-old (who enjoys Pre-K during weekday mornings) loves to read, explore, and spend time with her younger brothers, who are 2 years and 1 year old! All three children have become very adaptable to the family’s on-the-go lifestyle and love to venture outdoors for enriching activities. The family has a close-knit support staff in their home and deeply values longevity and collaboration throughout their team. They are excited to add a second, kind-hearted rotational nanny to work alongside their current nanny (who’s been with the family for 3.5 years!) to support their children!
This position is ideal for a nanny who enjoys teamwork and working in tandem with parents and co-nanny! A step-in/step-out intuition is greatly appreciated to both jump in with confidence to provide sole care, as well as tag-team the day and let the parents and co-nanny take the lead. An adventurous spirit will come in handy when working with this travel-loving family, and a readiness to hit the road! A candidate who is able to quickly adapt to a changing daily environment and provide a supportive foundation for the children while maintaining valued routines and keeping things tidy as they go is key. Above all, a team player attitude, an observant and proactive spirit, and a genuine love for working with children will set apart the perfect candidate for this role. This family’s loving home also includes their sweet golden retriever, so being dog-friendly is a must!
