A couple based in Oxfordshire, OX7, are looking for a new long-term Personal Assistant. You will need a driving license for this role to commute daily to work at their residence.
The couple are based in Oxfordshire OX7 and are looking for a new PA for their home. The couple travel regularly, however, you won’t be needed to travel within this role. They have a cat so you should be happy around animals.
You should be an experienced and dedicated PA with experience in private households. You should be able to help manage the household daily admin, and both liaise and manage other staff. You will be responsible for both the couple's private and business affairs. You will supervise the housekeeper/cleaner and ensure that the tasks have been completed to the standards expected. The couple has another property in London, and abroad so you would be responsible for the management of all the properties.
This is a live-out role in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, OX7. You should be within an easily commutable distance to apply. You will need a driving license for this role.
You should speak excellent English for this role and have impeccable correspondence skills.
You should have previous experience supporting a private family. You should be highly organised with strong interpersonal and engagement skills. You should be professional and flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy country environment and the work is performed from a country residence. Due to the nature of the couple work, you must be flexible to last-minute changes and urgent requests. A portion of the tasks will be related to the US; therefore, you must manage your time with the awareness of time differences and international office opening hours.
