Occasionally you will cook for up to 8 people when the principal has visitors, with informal family-style service and cooking. The cooking should be simple and not fussy, with the principal enjoying salads, roast chicken, and soups. You can enjoy making jams, chutneys and other puddings. They have a small vegetable garden which fresh produce can be gathered for the cooking.
