Based in an idyllic area of the Bay Area Peninsula just a short drive from Palo Alto, this loving and active family just welcomed their third child this spring! Their older children (sweet, sensitive 6-year-old son and bold, brave 3-year-old daughter) attend school and various activities throughout the week, while their happy, chill 4-month-old son enjoys educational play and neighborhood walks. The day-to-day will be primarily focused on engaging their little guy in developmentally-appropriate play and activities, and ensuring that he is thriving. This family has had wonderful experiences with nannies in their home, and they are excited to find an engaging and warmhearted nanny to contribute to the enrichment and growth of their children!
This position is ideal for a candidate who has a love for infants, and who is excited to be part of a dynamic family team. The family hopes for a nanny who can not only foster a loving and stimulating environment, but can also empower their children to be confident, independent, socially-minded kiddos as they grow and develop. A nanny with a can-do, collaborative spirit to support the household and family as a whole by pitching in with tasks like healthy meal prep, running the occasional errand, and tidying will be key.
Our carefully-assembled core team is a collection of the brightest young stars of our industry. With over 52 combined years of nanny experience, we pride ourselves in our innovative recruitment, communication, and successful matchmaking strategies. Our team has backgrounds in a wide spectrum of fields, including early childhood education, special education, business, education reform, psychology, and conflict resolution.
