Lovely family are looking for a live out nanny to care for their three children, girls 5 and 3 and boy 1, in Church Crookham, starting 1st July.
There is some flexibility in the working hours as Mum and/or Dad work from home 3-4 days a week. This will be discussed in interviews, but will amount to 50 hours per week, usually between the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm.
During term-time, a typical day will see the nanny arrive to give the children breakfast then get them dressed and ready to drop the eldest at school, which is a short 15min walk from the home. From September, the middle child will also attend a nearby pre-school 5 mornings (9am-12pm) per week during term-time. Then it’s a morning activity, home for lunch and more fun and games whilst B has a nap. Then it’s time to collect the eldest from school and home for homework, play and dinner time!
During the school holidays, the nanny will have sole charge of the three children and will be expected to plan the week’s activities to keep the children active and entertained, and continue their development. Playdates and outings to local attractions are encouraged. The children love going out for walks/bike/scooter or to the library, farms, soft play centres, etc.
G5 is a typical eldest child, she is fun and outgoing, can be a bit shy when first meeting people but when she warms up is very talkative and engaging. She enjoys role play games - being teachers or princesses or mummies - and playing outdoors.
G3 is more active and confident, knows what she wants and doesn't want. She is a really funny character, and a big chatterbox. She is similar to her sister and likes imagination games, but also being outside with messy play or being on her bike or scooter.
B1 is a happy boy and loves to watch his sisters play and tries to join in with their games. He is a typical boy, very physical, climbing on the furniture or going up and down the stairs. He has recently started to walk and loves to walk everywhere.
All kids are really affectionate and love cuddles!
The right nanny for this family is someone who is very organised, experienced and reliable. They should be open and affectionate, happy to get really involved in the children’s games and activities. Someone present, kind, warm and outgoing. Someone who uses their initiative.
£600 - £750GPW Depending on experience.
Nanny should be able and willing to drive the family car (manual).
