A HNW family who are relocating to Cambridge, CB2, Cambridgeshire are looking for an organised and professional PA to join their team.
A HNW international family of 4 are relocating to Cambridge, CB2. The two parents have professional careers and they have two children ages 13 and 9 who will be going to school in the local area. They will also be recruiting for a Housekeeper to help support them in their new home. The family have a Retriever pet dog so you should be happy to be around animals. You will be expected to work at the family’s home, but some work may be able to be done remotely once the family have settled into their new life.
The Personal Assistant is an all-encompassing role that provides highly personalized services to the principals and their family members. You will be required to perform a wide variety of tasks when managing domestic and private arrangements for the principals. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the principals’ households, ensuring the upkeep of their residences to the highest standards, planning vacations, managing activities and events of varying scales, maintaining multiple schedules, administering budgets and expenses, supervising staff, and attending to ad hoc requests when and where required. The Personal Assistant must be multi-skilled and resourceful. You should be meticulous, highly organized and detail-oriented. You should be adaptable, flexible and proactive, and have experience working in a private household and/or have a background in the hospitality or service industry.
