Part time, Daily Nanny in Fulham. Ref: J2885

FULHAM: January start for a P/T, Daily Nanny  to work 4 days/week for 3 boys aged 6 & 4 years and 15 months.

Professional clients in the heart of Fulham (very close to Bishop's Park) are seeking a P/T, Daily Nanny to work 4 days/week (Monday - Thursday).  The new Nanny will work approximately 40 hours/week (working approx 10 hours/day) from 0745/800 - 1800. The role will be 3 days sole charge with 1 day shared care with mum. 

Mum works in the medical profession and will be going back to work soon. She will work 3 days/week, hence why the role is a mixture of sole & shared care.  The family are located very close to Bishop's Park which is a boon with 3 very active boys!  The eldest boy (6) is at school locally until 15.30 (Fulham) and the middle boy (4) is at a local nursery in the mornings and will go to go school in Sept. Therefore the main responsibility will be the baby (15 months). 

Our clients are open to nationality and a German speaker would be a real bonus as one of the parents is German, but it's not an essential requirement.  Good, hands-on experience is preferential to training and a nanny who has a great track record with multiple charges, especially the toddler age groups.  

It is imperative we hire a Nanny who is comfortable with multiple charges and good toddler experience.  And with Covid restrictions changing it is highly desirable if the nanny is able to assist with any "Lockdown learning" if schools & nurseries are closed. Reliability is key, with a great muck-in attitude, a good team player and open-minded.  A Nanny who is warm, affectionate & kind, firm but fair and with boundaries. 

A nanny who is looking for long-term commitment is desirable as the family would love the nanny to stay (a previous nanny was with them for 4.5 years!).  there is a Housekeeper who comes a few times a week. And as and when life returns to "normal", there is the opportunity for extra ad-hoc babysitting and whilst there is no requirement to travel on holiday with family, if the nanny wanted to travel on holiday that would be welcomed.
