Native English Speaking Governor in Moscow

Native English Speaking Governor is needed for 2 kids (B13 & B8)

Location: Moscow, Kaluzhskoe shosse

Family of 4: 2 adults + 2 boys aged 13 and 8 y.o. (native english speaking kids as were born and raised in the UK)

Salary: negotiable.

Contract: 3 months+ (children are in Moscow because of situation with Covid-19 in UK)

Schedule: 

option 1: live-in, rota 14 days on/14 days off 

option 2: live-in, 6 days on/1 day off (the family considers both options)

Accommodation: a room in a staff house 

Start - ASAP

Requirements:

• Native English Speaking Male
• Age 30-45 y.o.
• School teacher experience is preferable
• Working experience with kids up to 15 y.o.
• British school system knowledge
• Higher education (pedagogy, psychology)
• Developed emotional intelligence
• High level of responsibility
• Good physical shape, energy, neatness
• Checkable references

Duties: 

• To plan and deliver educational classes
• To assist the children (13 y.o. and 8 y.o.) with school homework
• To prepare the 13 y.o. child for 13 + exams and  for entry into Harrow boarding school in September 2021
• Develop children’s creative skills and common knowledge
• To institute and carry out the intellectual and physical development of the children
• To provide subject mentoring
• To arrange schedules and routines
• Accompany the children during walks, educational, cultural and leisure activities and excursions
• To encourage positive behavior and manners and teach etiquette
• To promote long term and future educational development and independence
• To encourage the children to keep their belongings tidy and organised
• To be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of  the children at all times
• To perform other duties related to the upbringing, development and education of the children, as specified by the family.
