Job Description

A family well known to the agency residing in a luxury village just outside of Moscow is seeking an experienced English governess for the care and education of Boy 6 who is already fluent in English. He has an elder sister aged 9 but the main focus will be on the boy. The ideal candidate will have experience within private households and with children of this age group. They are seeking a long-term candidate that will be able to stay with them through their child’s different ages and stages. The successful candidate will be in good health and discreet, flexible, a team player and non-smoker. The family have a fast paced and busy schedule as well as structured routine. The right candidate will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, whilst maintaining structure and professionalism. They offer a rota schedule with another nanny. The family are very flexible with schedule options! The shift pattern is one month on, one month off (or can be 6 weeks on / 4 weeks off or similar – this is negotiable). Working weeks can be 5 days per week or 6 days per week. The general daily schedule is closer to 9am – 9pm daily with 2 hours break in the afternoon. Accommodation is provided: you will live in the hotel near the family house. Due to the current COVID situation you are not allowed to leave the territory of the village – however you will have all necessary products delivered, and there is a gym and swimming pool and wi-fi available at the territory all the time. The salary is negotiable according to your qualifications and preferred schedule (shift pattern and days off per week) – when applying please indicate your salary expectations per day.
