A lovely family from Germany is looking to hire an experienced and preferably qualified full time live in international nanny who can provide quality childcare support for their three children in a shared care role with their part time nanny. The nanny must be energetic, proactive, independent, creative and exhibits a positive attitude. It is also important that the candidate enjoys connecting with others and defines their own development plan for the children. A native German speaker who can speak English fluently is an absolute requirement for this position.

Moreover, the family wants a confident and mature nanny who would feel comfortable giving child related advices. In respect to principles of education, they would like to provide the children an approach that allows them to explore the world whilst setting clear boundaries and helping them to become a civilized member of society. They would like a nanny who can foster their individuality. It is necessary to share meaningful learning experiences to the children, which will correspond and support their impulse to explore and learn.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 60 hours (48 hours plus half nights of babysitting)

Accommodation: separate, furnished apartment in the house with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

Duties include:

• helping the child with school homework
• creating a safe, fun, secure and loving environment
• ensuring that the personal needs of the child are met on a daily basis
• preparing the child for bed
• planning play dates
• creating a trusting, love and happy environment for the whole family
• responsible for the safety, wellbeing, care and development of the child
• getting the child ready in the morning
• attending any appointments or social events with the child
• light housekeeping
• cooking balanced healthy meals

The nanny must know how to drive and must hold a valid first aid qualification. The family is eager to hire by January 2021.
