The Role
A highly regarded client in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Palace Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from a strong hospitality background who is looking to step into a more senior, operationally focused role within a private palace environment.
You’ll work closely with the Palace Manager, supporting day-to-day operations while gaining exposure across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Palace Manager
Assist in overseeing daily palace operations
Coordinate across departments, including F&B and Rooms
Support scheduling, reporting, and internal communication
Step in operationally when needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day running
Act as a reliable right hand, flexible to business needs
Candidate Requirements
Strong background in hospitality
Ideally experience as:
Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) – F&B or Rooms, or
Head of Operations, or
Previous Palace Manager experience
Highly organised, proactive, and hands-on
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard private environment
Flexible and adaptable in approach

Salary: AED 30,000 per month
Allowance: AED 500 mobile allowance
