Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our long-standing private clients in Dubai.
This is a busy, fully staffed household of 4 adults, with approximately 40 household staff across multiple departments. The family is highly organised, used to structure, and expects discretion and professionalism at all times.
We are looking for an experienced House Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the residence.

The House Manager will:

• Oversee and manage a large team of household staff
•  Ensure daily operations run seamlessly
•  Implement and maintain household systems and standards
•  Liaise with senior staff and department heads
•  Manage rotas, performance, and staff training where required
•  Maintain high presentation standards across the property
•  Coordinate with suppliers and contractors
•  Report directly to the principals or senior representative

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone confident managing a large team in a formal private residence.

Candidate Requirements

• Female (cultural reasons)

•  Proven experience as a House Manager in a large private household
•  Experience managing sizeable teams (20+ staff ideally)
•  Strong leadership and organisational skills
•  Calm, discreet and highly professional
•  Fluent English essential
•  Available to start ASAP

This role would suit someone structured, detail-focused and comfortable in a high-expectation environment.
