A warm and welcoming private family is seeking a qualified, experienced, native-level English-speaking rota nanny to provide exceptional care for their four-year-old child. This is a long-term, structured ROTA position based between Chelsea (London) and Moscow (Russia) with international travel in Europe (including Italy).

This opportunity is ideal for a professional career nanny with early years, childcare or child psychology qualifications who thrives in fully staffed household environments and is flexible and confident during international travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver high-quality childcare tailored to a 4-year-old’s developmental stage
• Plan and implement stimulating educational activities (Early Years-focused learning, creative play, sports, confidence-building exercises)
• Prepare nutritious, age-appropriate meals
• Maintain structured routines (sleep, hygiene, school readiness)
• Organise child’s bedroom, wardrobe and belongings
• Support emotional development and positive behaviour
• Accompany the family on international travel (Russia & Europe)
• Work collaboratively with household staff

CANDIDATE PROFILE (ESSENTIAL CRITERIA)
To optimise suitability and ensure alignment with visa and travel requirements, applicants must meet the following:
• Native-level English speaker
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a nanny with children aged 3–6
• Recognised qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare or Child Psychology
• Experience working in ROTA roles & high-net-worth households preferred
• Confident swimmer and physically active (sporty, hands-on approach)
• Flexibility with schedule when travelling
• Valid DBS (or equivalent background check)
• Paediatric First Aid certified
• British or EU passport holder (essential for travel logistics)
• Excellent, verifiable references
