Based in Mayfair, London, we work with a global network of clients in private homes, hotels, restaurants, chalets and yachts.  We approach our services from a unique and fresh perspective. It’s not the bottom line that drives us, but the desire to satisfy and provide the very best service we can to our clients.

A lovely family are looking for an experienced full-time live-out special needs Nanny for their 6 year old son. They are based in Mayfair W1 and are looking for a full-time nanny to support the little boy who has autism.  This is a live-out 5 day per week role, with 2 days off each week.  The little boy has autism, so special needs experience or qualifications are a must! Package Offered £60,000 - £75,000 gross per year depending on experience 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Family Background  The family have 2 children, who are twin boys aged 6, but this role is solely for the 1 child who has special needs. You will be working alongside the other nanny, helping out with the other child occasionally if needed. The family have a busy life and are looking for a full-time nanny to support them, the household is fully staffed, including a driver, so being able to drive is not essential. They love to travel, so you must be flexible to travel on short notice. They have no pets in the household. Package £25,000 - £35,000 gross per annum dependant on experience (40hr week) Family Background A warm and friendly American family of 4 with 2 children and no pets are seeking a permanent long term housekeeper to care for their home. The two girls are aged 8yrs and 10yrs, the girls do have a nanny who cares for them. They have a beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home split over 5 levels, with lots of stairs. The family are informal, fun, loving and warm and are looking for someone who is dedicated to caring for their home. Duties The family are looking for a youthful, energetic experienced housekeeper. As the only housekeeper you will be in charge of and responsible for all deep cleaning and day to day cleaning, including - dusting, hoovering and mopping and changing beds. You should be proactive and able to work on your own initiative, managing your time effectively and be happy to help out where ever you are needed in the home. You will be responsible for all laundry and ironing including bedlinen. You should be highly skilled at caring for delicate items and fabrics, such as silk and cashmere. Wardrobe management is also essential and you should have a good eye for detail, with strong organisational skills.  You will be responsible for meal prep and cooking simple evening dinners so you should be a confident cook, happy to follow a recipe. Accepting deliveries and overseeing contractors along with other house management tasks such as tracking supplies. Occasionally you will do the grocery shopping and may be asked to run errands. Their son resides on the lower ground floor of the property and their daughter is currently at university and returns home in the holidays. The family spend a lot of their time in the countryside so often there is only one person staying in the household. The property has 4 lovely bedrooms spread over 5 floors, so there are a lot of stairs to climb! Their current housekeeper has unfortunately recently fallen ill and is unable to return to work, so they are now looking for a new housekeeper to take over the role. They have no pets in the household, and driving is not required for this role. Duties Our client manages properties for both single principals as well as families, so you should be experienced and comfortable in working in varied environments. Your duties will include being a trusted Key holder for properties to cover all types of problems, from alarms to burst pipes and any emergencies, opening property for access and safekeeping. Managing the housekeeping staff and ensuring attention to detail, discretion and respect of the property always, ensuring that all domestic housework is carried out to the highest quality. Keeping fridge stocked and light bulb replacement, dry cleaning and watering of plants, dealing with third parties for issues relating to the property. Arranging bespoke events and experiences on request of the client. Taking care of all the administration of the property, arranging, filing, scanning and forwarding documents/post. Ensuring the property is ready for occupancy. Overall you will be responsible for ensuring total peace of mind to the clients that their properties are being looked after.
