We are actively recruiting a Level 3 *Room Leader* to join our excellent setting, with an amazing forest school based in the SY3 area on a Full Time, permanent basis. This role compliments our continued growth and we are now looking for a passionate individual who is looking to make a real difference. As *Room Leader*, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of your room, take responsibility for the care, well-being and safety of all children and staff, and be approachable for parents and colleagues. You’ll also play an active role in the senior management team, help to induct, train, coach, mentor and supervise Nursery Practitioners, and ensure that high standards of care and education are maintained at all times.
